Responsibilities
- Lead operational excellence initiatives focused on cost and operational efficiency and guide team improvement.
- Ensure the quality of system architectures and designs across components.
- Simplify complex technical problems into straightforward solutions.
- Develop technical roadmaps for future directions and technology advancements.
- Analyze system interdependencies and limitations to support decision-making and conflict resolution.
- Own the development and launch of key components and systems.
- Provide technical influence and mentorship to improve engineering productivity, effectiveness, and career development.
- Facilitate rapid prototyping to identify and eliminate blind spots.
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or a related field.
- Hands-on proficiency in software development and designing and implementing high-quality solutions.
- Extensive technical knowledge of data structures, algorithms, performance optimization, and frontend and backend technologies.
- Demonstrated ownership of projects and leadership in developing and launching critical systems.
- Strong business judgment, influencing skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
- Experience mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
