Responsibilities
- Design and build core features for game developers.
- Raise the quality bar of the software through attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to write, review, and ship scalable code.
- Lead projects through the entire life cycle from requirements gathering to shipping.
- Engage with game developer partners to understand their needs and improve tools.
- Work with product managers and designers to navigate ambiguity and find solutions.
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience with Python, Elixir, Rust, Typescript/React, or C++.
- Ability to collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
- Holistic approach to problem-solving and learning from mistakes.
- Experience leveraging LLMs to enhance productivity.
