Responsibilities
- Design, operate, and scale highly available Kubernetes platforms across multi-region environments.
- Drive reliability, resilience, and performance improvements across Data & WebCloud services.
- Automate infrastructure and deployments using Terraform, Ansible, GitOps, and CI/CD.
- Improve observability, monitoring, and SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets.
- Troubleshoot critical production incidents and lead root-cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Engineering teams on distributed architectures, load balancing, DNS, and database reliability.
- Define operational standards and promote SRE best practices across the Data & WebCloud ecosystem.
- Mentor colleagues and support knowledge sharing around SRE practices.
Requirements
- Strong experience in SRE or infrastructure engineering within large-scale production environments.
- Advanced expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, Linux, and distributed systems.
- Proficiency with Terraform, Terragrunt, GitOps, FluxCD, Argo CD, and Kustomize.
- Solid experience with CI/CD, observability, Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and incident management.
- Good understanding of networking, DNS, load balancing, and high availability.
- Ability to work autonomously on complex architectures and collaborate effectively with product and cross-functional teams.
- Pragmatic, structured approach to incident management and continuous operational improvement.
- Enthusiasm for knowledge sharing, mentoring, and evangelizing SRE best practices.
