Responsibilities
- Lead consequential technical initiatives across Acquisition Engineering from first touch through onboarding, activation, and ongoing adoption.
- Set technical direction for cross-team architecture, platform boundaries, reliability, and data quality.
- Partner with GTM Engineering, Salesforce, Onboarding, and Adoption to improve end-to-end customer and operator experiences.
- Raise engineering standards through design reviews, hands-on implementation, secure delivery, deployment safety, and operational excellence.
- Mentor senior engineers, improve team planning and execution, and develop future technical leaders.
- Collaborate with product, design, data, operations, and go-to-market stakeholders to create scalable technical solutions.
- Apply an AI-forward mindset to customer experiences, internal tooling, and engineering workflows.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with technical leadership across multiple teams or a large product area.
- Experience driving ambiguous, cross-cutting problems to resolution without a narrowly defined charter.
- Deep experience designing, building, and operating large-scale backend or full-stack production systems.
- Strong product and business judgment connecting technical investments to customer experience, growth, and operational outcomes.
- Ability to influence engineering, product, and business stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong written, verbal, and cross-functional communication skills, including communicating complex technical trade-offs to senior stakeholders.
