Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end BSS integration and OTT service delivery, including onboarding, subscription management, activation, provisioning, and entitlement.
- Analyze APIs, provisioning transactions, system dependencies, and end-to-end customer service flows while supporting integration testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration, provisioning, and production issues with internal teams and external technology partners.
- Support client application builds, validation, packaging, submission, certification, deployment tracking, and production readiness across mobile, web, Smart TV, and Set-Top Box platforms.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines for backend services and frontend client applications.
- Coordinate release and change management activities, including implementation planning, deployment, rollback, and post-release validation.
- Create and maintain service-flow documentation, integration diagrams, deployment procedures, and operational runbooks.
- Improve service delivery processes, automation, and operational efficiency across Product, IT, and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in systems integration, application delivery, DevOps, cloud engineering, or production support for large-scale digital services.
- Experience with BSS and OSS integration, customer service provisioning, subscription management, or service fulfilment systems is advantageous.
- Understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and system-to-system integration, including complex end-to-end transaction flows.
- Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines, software builds, deployment, and release processes.
- Familiarity with mobile application-store submission, certification, and release processes is advantageous.
- Understanding of Release, Change, Incident, and Problem Management practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and external technology partners.
