Base Salary
$200k - $350k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build backend infrastructure and systems that power Giga’s real-time AI agents.
- Migrate the analytics service to ClickHouse and scale it for future growth.
- Improve hallucination detection systems and reduce hallucination rates.
- Scale, stabilize, and add features and accuracy to the browser-use agent.
- Own loosely defined problems end-to-end, including solution design, implementation, and iteration.
- Make sound technical decisions, ship reliably, and help establish standards for code quality and system design.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience building backend systems, ideally in environments where reliability and scale were important.
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguity and determine what to build from loosely defined problems.
- Willingness to work across unfamiliar areas of a codebase when needed.
- Strong attention to code quality and implementation details while maintaining a pragmatic shipping mindset.
- Interest in AI agents and the infrastructure challenges of running them in production.
