Responsibilities
- Architect and implement agentic workflows and multi-agent orchestration using generative AI models, agent roles, memory systems, tool integrations, MCP-based integrations, and inter-agent communication protocols.
- Use orchestration frameworks and cloud AI platforms to optimize agent reasoning, planning, tool use, reliability, and cost efficiency.
- Design prompts, context-management strategies, and retrieval pipelines using vector databases, and improve accuracy, latency, safety, grounding, and evaluation quality.
- Build and maintain backend services and APIs supporting agent orchestration and user interfaces using Python, FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js.
- Deploy and monitor generative AI applications using AWS, Azure, or GCP, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, observability tooling, and evaluation pipelines.
- Conduct client discovery and feasibility assessments, rapidly prototype solutions, integrate with enterprise systems, document implementations, and enable client teams to operate them.
Requirements
- Experience with Python, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar programming languages.
- Experience with GenAI frameworks such as LangGraph, Anthropic Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar.
- Strong understanding of LLM orchestration, tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, MCP, prompt engineering, evaluation methodologies, and agentic workflows.
- Experience with backend development using FastAPI, Flask, or Node.js; cloud deployment; and cloud AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Vertex AI, or Azure AI Foundry.
- Experience with AI observability, evaluation frameworks, prompt and version management, and production AI operations.
- Comfort engaging senior stakeholders and working in ambiguous environments with undefined requirements.
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related quantitative field.
- Fluent English.
- Experience with Neo4j, AI observability, evaluation, governance, safety, or compliance, and fluency in Swedish are strong pluses.
