Responsibilities
- Become a hands-on expert in the Brightspace platform.
- Support the sales process by mastering D2L products and services.
- Prepare and present tailored product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
- Conduct needs analysis sessions with prospects to understand their requirements.
- Provide feedback to product management regarding use cases and trends.
- Create technical documentation and materials for prospects.
- Attend sales presentations, meetings, and conferences as required.
- Engage in proposal writing to address client requirements.
Requirements
- 3+ years' experience as a Brightspace user, either as an administrator or instructor.
- Comfort with other learning management systems and integration platforms.
- Deep interest in education and educational technology.
- Ability to present complex concepts to various stakeholders.
- Excellent writing and comprehension skills.
- Ability to work remotely in a professional manner.
- Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment.
