Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and document high-quality business solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce Developers and Administrators.
- Develop Salesforce.com applications using Apex Classes, Triggers, and Lightning Web Components.
- Provide ongoing technical support for existing custom Apex code on the Force.com platform.
- Develop and maintain SOAP and REST-based integrations in a sophisticated enterprise application environment.
- Collaborate with other engineering teams, including product and DevOps.
- Support in crafting and maintaining technical and design documentation.
- Provide support for third-party integrated apps and workflows as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I (PDI) certification is required.
- Ability to understand and articulate complex requirements.
- Strong understanding of Apex, Aura Components, and/or Lightning Web Components.
- Deep application integration experience is required.
- Customer service mindset with a sense of urgency for internal clients.
- Experience building flows and leveraging declarative automation features.
- Creative and analytical problem solver with strong problem-solving skills.
