Responsibilities
- Build, develop, customize, and deploy ServiceNow applications and modules.
- Collaborate with IT and business units to define and develop technical solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and optimization of ServiceNow processes.
- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and industry trends to recommend solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for system architecture and workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development, engineering, or administration.
- Proven track record with Incident Management, Catalog & Request Management, and CMDB.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and additional certifications are preferred.
- Proficient in JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes and frameworks.
