Responsibilities

Engage with Solutions Architect to understand Use Case Demand Plan for prioritized customers.
Lead the technical account strategy and investment plan for Databricks Use Cases.
Act as the accountable technical leader for specific Use Cases across multiple teams.
Serve as the first contact for technical issues related to production status of Use Cases.
Leverage Shared Services and escalate to technical experts as needed.
Create and execute plans to accelerate key use cases into production.
Navigate product and engineering teams for new innovations and upgrades.
Develop mutual success plans covering all customer-facing technical roles.

7+ years of experience in technical project delivery within Data and AI.
Programming experience in Python, SQL, or Scala.
Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting roles.
Understanding of solution architecture related to distributed data systems.
Ability to attribute business value to project deliverables.
Experience in technical program or project management.
Proven track record of resolving complex escalations with senior executives.
Experience in conducting discovery workshops and managing complex projects.
