Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the end-to-end stand-up of Certinia on Salesforce.
- Act as the primary architect and hands-on builder for Certinia.
- Collaborate with ProServ leadership to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Lead critical data migration efforts and ensure seamless connectivity between systems.
- Design for flexibility and maintainability to support a global organization.
- Manage data hygiene, design dashboards, and provide support and training.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Salesforce development/advanced administration experience.
- Direct experience implementing or managing Certinia (FinancialForce) PSA or ERP.
- Proficient in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and modern Salesforce development.
- Expert-level knowledge of data migration and system integrations within Salesforce.
- Familiarity with Ruby, JavaScript (React/TypeScript), or SQL.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce CRM architecture constraints.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator or Platform Developer I/II certification.
- Fluency in AI and Automation.
