Responsibilities
- Build new capabilities for in-product messaging experiences.
- Improve reliability and performance of existing systems.
- Guide key architectural decisions as the team scales.
- Drive ambitious initiatives to enhance customer engagement.
- Collaborate with UX teams to manage in-product messaging.
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Proven track record of driving complex projects from ambiguity to delivery.
- Strong understanding of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with Ruby, Sidekiq, TypeScript/JavaScript, and React is a plus.
