Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive and innovative technology solutions that align with client business objectives.
- Lead and manage technology projects from inception to completion.

Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in developing overall solution architecture.
- Experience leading technology projects in insurance and financial services.
- Strong consultative skills with the ability to understand stakeholder needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach.
- Experience with business development activities is an asset.
- Ability to build good relationships at all levels.
- Ability to discuss and strategize technical solutions.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to lead and motivate team members.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
