Base Salary
$130k - $178k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, marketing, and other partners to support business and engineering platform outcomes.
- Identify opportunities and oversee complex multi-phase projects across multiple teams and platforms from concept through implementation.
- Build features across backend, frontend, and potentially mobile technology stacks.
- Optimize web applications for performance, scalability, and code quality.
- Mentor fellow engineers on technical and product judgment.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience.
- Proficiency in at least one of Java, Kotlin, or JavaScript.
- Comfort with agentic coding tools.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, TypeScript, React, Next.js, and similar frameworks or libraries.
- Experience driving product improvements end to end, including identifying worthwhile problems and solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
- Curiosity about technology and new tools for solving real problems.
