Responsibilities
- Develop VIO front-end algorithms for matching between frames and stereo pairs.
- Calibrate intrinsic and extrinsic camera parameters and develop obstruction detection.
- Implement and optimize the algorithmic stack for embedded platforms.
- Test and validate algorithms in simulation and real-world environments.
- Develop inspection and monitoring tools.
- Collaborate with system engineers, optical engineers, and software engineers and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in robotics, physics, computer science, or a related field.
- Strong mathematical foundations and coding skills in Python and C++.
- Hands-on visual-inertial odometry project experience.
- Passion for computer vision and robotics.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communicate clearly.
- Experience with VIO on industrial products is a plus.
- PhD is a plus.
