Responsibilities
- Design and develop high-performance C++ software for real-world, mission-critical applications.
- Collaborate with hardware, avionics, and systems teams to integrate software with physical systems.
- Build and optimize software for real-time and resource-constrained environments.
- Contribute to the architecture and scalability of embedded platforms and distributed data pipelines.
- Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability across the software stack.
- Solve complex engineering problems without a predefined playbook.
Requirements
- Strong expertise in C++ and proven experience building robust, production-level systems.
- Hands-on experience solving real-world technical engineering challenges.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Fluent English.
- Experience in at least one of sensor fusion, software platform development, onboard software, radar, or embedded C/C++.
- Knowledge of sensor types including lidar, radar, cameras, IMUs, and GPS is relevant for sensor-fusion work.
- Experience with low-level embedded software, hardware integration, communication protocols, or close-to-the-metal development is relevant.
- Experience writing onboard software in C, preferably for missiles and satellites, is preferred.
