Responsibilities
- Own the architectural blueprint, reference patterns, technical vision, roadmap, and governance for SAP GRC Process and Access Control.
- Design scalable, performant, secure, and compliant architectures across complex, multi-instance SAP ERP landscapes.
- Lead resolution of security and compliance problems using threat modeling, data, stakeholder input, and risk assessment.
- Assess architectural impacts, dependencies, risks, and technical debt across interconnected enterprise solutions.
- Define and drive reference architectures, design patterns, non-functional requirements, fitness functions, and secure integration pathways.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, development, security, IT, and business stakeholders to guide implementation and technical evolution.
- Evaluate technology trends and vendors, and mentor engineering teams in enterprise architecture practices.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of SAP GRC Process and Access Control architecture and integration with complex ERP systems.
- Strong background in IT Service Management and ITIL.
- Very good understanding of ERP compliance requirements, including Computerized System Validation, ICFR, and data protection and privacy.
- Demonstrated experience leading technical teams and designing business-driven, standards-based architectures in complex or multiple-solution contexts.
- Experience maintaining architectural roadmaps, current-state documentation, and impact assessments across multiple enterprise solutions.
- Proven contribution to enterprise architecture practices, design patterns, and engineering-team mentoring.
- Expert-level knowledge across multiple security, compliance, and SAP technology areas.
- Proficiency with conceptual and logical data models, taxonomies, ontologies, secure integration pathways, reference architectures, design patterns, NFRs, and fitness functions.
- Experience evaluating technology trends, feasibility, interconnected solutions, and technical vendors.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-influence skills.
