Base Salary
$180k - $259k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate high-performance services across the App Foundations portfolio.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of platform features and stability workstreams.
- Drive SLO-backed reliability work on critical systems.
- Contribute to the LLM inference platform and its integrations.
- Build AI-native internal tools to enhance team operations.
- Mentor other engineers and drive technical design reviews.
- Collaborate with product managers and peer teams on complex initiatives.
- Participate in hiring processes to onboard new engineers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of backend software engineering experience.
- 4+ years of experience with Python (Django) and/or Go, MySQL/PostgreSQL.
- 3+ years supporting enterprise-class customers in production.
- 2+ years of system design experience with cross-team architectures.
- Proven experience leading multi-quarter projects end-to-end.
- Demonstrated daily use of AI coding tools in workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
