Responsibilities

Design, develop, maintain, test, and deploy scalable full-stack software applications.
Build front-end features with React and backend services using Node.js, Python, or .NET.
Contribute to software architecture, technical design reviews, code quality, and system performance.
Integrate applications into CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes with DevOps and platform teams.
Develop unit, integration, and automated tests; resolve defects and performance issues.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, QA teams, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
Mentor junior engineers and guide features or projects from concept to completion.
Identify opportunities for refactoring, process improvement, and technical enhancements.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5–7 years of software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
Experience working in agile environments and adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
Experience with web development, including Headless CMS systems, Digital Asset Management systems, and front-end development.
Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or .NET.
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and SQL and NoSQL database design.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, initiative, ownership, organization, and multitasking skills.
Passion for software development, continuous learning, integrity, accountability, and delivering high-quality solutions.
