Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, test, and deploy scalable full-stack software applications.
- Build front-end features with React and backend services using Node.js, Python, or .NET.
- Contribute to software architecture, technical design reviews, code quality, and system performance.
- Integrate applications into CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes with DevOps and platform teams.
- Develop unit, integration, and automated tests; resolve defects and performance issues.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, QA teams, and technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile ceremonies.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide features or projects from concept to completion.
- Identify opportunities for refactoring, process improvement, and technical enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5–7 years of software development experience with a strong focus on full-stack development.
- Experience working in agile environments and adapting to changing requirements and priorities.
- Experience with web development, including Headless CMS systems, Digital Asset Management systems, and front-end development.
- Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js and backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, or .NET.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and SQL and NoSQL database design.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and containerization tools such as Docker or Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, initiative, ownership, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Passion for software development, continuous learning, integrity, accountability, and delivering high-quality solutions.
