Base Salary
$80k - $90k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and develop software using strong programming, software design, and software development principles.
- Lead software design and development activities for a team in a complex environment.
- Understand internal and external client needs and provide proactive technical advice.
- Assess project issues, formulate innovative solutions, and drive teams toward technical and commercial goals.
- Explain difficult concepts to varied audiences and motivate team members.
- Build informal networks with key contacts outside the immediate area and manage costs for specific projects or work areas when applicable.
Requirements
- Deep understanding of programming concepts, software design, and software development principles.
- Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision and contribute effectively in complex environments.
- Ability to lead team activities and address project issues under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical concepts to varied audiences.
- Ability to understand client needs and provide proactive advice.
