Responsibilities

Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions for web applications and data pipelines.
Maintain, improve, and expand the full-stack web application and associated data pipelines.
Partner with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to develop and execute technical roadmaps.
Review other developers’ pull requests thoroughly and respond constructively to feedback.
Act as a trusted technical decision-maker balancing short-term and long-term business value.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience building full-stack web applications as part of a cross-functional team.
At least 3 years of experience with SQL or another database-querying language on large multi-table datasets.
At least 2 years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting.
Experience building full-stack web applications with Python.
Proficiency with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks including React, Vue.js, or Ember.
Expertise in Python and familiarity with relational database systems.
Experience with API design and development, cloud technologies, containerization, orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with security and systems that handle sensitive data.
Health-tech experience with electronic health records or clinical data is preferred.
