Base Salary
$88k - $158k/yr
Responsibilities
- Plan, conceptualize, configure, and build technology-based solutions for common business challenges.
- Conduct research, gather requirements, analyze stakeholder needs, and determine appropriate development methods and tools.
- Write code for software programs and applications using object-oriented programming and best practices.
- Perform code reviews and pull requests while collaborating on efficient, effective, and scalable solutions.
- Lead requirements-gathering meetings and maintain communication with stakeholders throughout solution development.
- Provide subject-matter expertise, technical guidance, mentoring, and support to colleagues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field, or equivalent experience; completion of a technical training program such as LaunchCode or FDM may substitute for the degree.
- At least 4 years of experience in the field or a related area.
- Experience with object-oriented programming such as Python and C#, web-based and Windows-based application development, and HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Preferred experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI, MicroStrategy, SAS, SQL, or Business Objects.
- Preferred experience with MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle, or Teradata databases; healthcare experience is a plus.
- Basic understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies and the ability to work independently.
