Base Salary
$154k - $185k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build and improve Grafana plugins that integrate third-party services and databases into Grafana.
- Support the operations and reliability of data source plugins in Grafana Cloud.
- Integrate data sources with agentic workflows such as Grafana Assistant.
- Provide technical support during customer escalations.
- Design solutions, incorporate feedback, and deliver large projects.
- Suggest process improvements and collaborate with the broader Grafana Division.
- Participate in an on-call rotation and perform operations and SRE tasks.
Requirements
- Solid experience with Golang and TypeScript.
- Experience with Kubernetes and microservices.
- Experience writing clean, robust, performant, and maintainable software.
- Ability to design solutions, gather feedback, and deliver large projects.
- Strong communication, collaboration, customer focus, and self-direction.
- Comfort working in a remote-first company.
