Responsibilities
- Design, build, and deploy end-to-end customer-facing features with TypeScript, React, Node.js, and NestJS.
- Engage directly with customers, gather feedback, conduct user testing, and validate product ideas.
- Break opportunities into focused releases, ship frequently, and iterate using customer insights and product metrics.
- Contribute to feature prioritization and roadmap decisions for AI voice products.
- Make architecture and implementation decisions across frontend and backend systems.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of fullstack engineering experience delivering customer-facing SaaS products and end-to-end web features.
- Production experience with TypeScript, React, and Node.js; NestJS experience is preferred.
- Native German proficiency and fluent English.
- Experience with product discovery, customer feedback, experimentation, and metrics-informed decision-making.
- A high-ownership, pragmatic approach and comfort working in a fast-moving product environment.
- Experience integrating LLMs, deploying AI services, or working with GDPR and European AI regulations is beneficial.
Benefits
- Remote position based in Germany.
- Salary range of €80,000 to €120,000 annually.
