Responsibilities
- Develop software test plans, test scripts, and automated testing programs aligned with business requirements.
- Analyze test results and report defects, bugs, errors, configuration issues, and interoperability flaws.
- Retest issues after resolution and ensure testing outcomes are documented.
- Complete functional, end-to-end, regression, UAT, and release test cases.
- Track issues across releases and identify and communicate high-risk areas to development teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance engineering, defining test strategies, leading testing efforts, and ensuring high-quality releases.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience in an IT, quality assurance, or business analysis environment involving automated or manual testing techniques.
- Experience with end-to-end test planning, test execution, UAT, and regression testing.
- Experience creating automation test suites at scale using at least one of JUnit, Bamboo, Silk Test, Selenium, or Cypress.
