Responsibilities
- Own and improve shared components, design systems, state management, performance, and tooling in a Flutter mobile application.
- Build and support MCP servers, background agent platforms, evaluations, and feedback loops for agentic and AI infrastructure.
- Integrate agentic coding tools into engineering workflows and improve CI/CD, release tooling, and developer feedback cycles.
- Ship user-facing product features alongside platform work.
- Maintain reliable shared systems that product engineers can build on confidently.
Requirements
- Two to four years of production experience building mobile or web applications, including professional backend engineering experience.
- Hands-on experience shipping product or backend software in production; research-only work is insufficient.
- Flutter and Dart experience is a plus, while strong web application experience is also relevant.
- Daily, fluent use of agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or similar, with a thoughtful understanding of their strengths and limitations.
- Strong academic background, entrepreneurial experience such as startup or founding-engineer work, and clear English communication.
- Good design judgment and an interest in improving systems that help other engineers work effectively.
Benefits
- Base salary of €80,000 to €110,000 annually.
- On-site work in Berlin, Germany.
