Responsibilities

Talk with customers and translate their needs into product direction and system architecture.
Build full-stack features combining user interfaces, LLM orchestration, agent workflows, and structured data pipelines.
Improve the reliability, latency, and evaluation of production AI features.
Turn early prototypes into robust, maintainable, and scalable systems.
Contribute to technical vision and product strategy from architecture through delivery and iteration.

At least 3 years of production experience building full-stack web applications with Node.js and TypeScript.
Proficiency with React and experience designing flexible, query-efficient MongoDB schemas.
Production experience delivering LLM-powered features, including prompt engineering, structured output parsing, context management, and error recovery.
Experience with distributed systems, serverless infrastructure, concurrency, failure handling, observability, metrics, and tracing.
Experience with LLM orchestration, agent workflows, vector stores, embedding pipelines, and structured data.
Track record of owning technical projects end to end, shipping customer-facing products, and iterating based on user feedback.
Experience building complex B2B systems and working in an early-stage or founding environment.
Logistics, supply chain, or operations experience is a plus.
