Responsibilities
- Develop technical plans and contribute to technical architecture as Fin scales.
- Build backend and frontend product systems that solve customer problems.
- Write Ruby code integrating with AWS, infrastructure, platform, and SaaS technologies.
- Ship production changes and new features rapidly.
- Mentor engineers and interview candidates.
- Collaborate with designers, product managers, researchers, and data analysts on multidisciplinary teams.
Requirements
- 4+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role, preferably building a SaaS product.
- Demonstrated significant impact on a product and/or team.
- Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language such as Ruby, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience collaborating directly with product teams and designers and delivering value to customers or users.
- Experience with distributed systems.
