Responsibilities
- Develop technical plans and contribute to the technical architecture.
- Write Ruby code for the core backend infrastructure.
- Ship a change to production on your first day and a feature in your first week.

Requirements
- 2+ years of industry experience in a software engineering role, preferably with SaaS products.
- Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language such as Ruby, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience collaborating with product teams and designers.
- Proven track record of delivering value to customers or users.
- Experience with distributed systems.
