Responsibilities

Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns across the platform.
Build product interfaces connecting users with AI agents and data sources.
Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent outputs.
Conduct user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders.
Iterate on product features based on stakeholder feedback.

1 to 7 years of professional frontend engineering experience with strong product judgment and UX craft.
Hands-on experience with TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
Experience building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval flows.
Practical experience designing AI, machine learning, or LLM product features and interfaces.
Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
Exposure to private markets or financial operations is helpful.
Comfort working closely with a small founding team.
