Responsibilities
- Turn spend data, supplier information, and contracts into product workflows.
- Work directly with customers to understand needs and shape product direction.
- Own features across data models, AI behavior, backend services, and user interfaces.
- Build interfaces for setting goals, tracking AI-agent progress, and approving actions.
- Ship improvements, learn from real usage, and strengthen product performance and reliability.
- Use AI development tools thoughtfully and verify generated work while improving engineering workflows.
Requirements
- Candidates may be considered at mid, senior, or staff level with approximately 1 to 10 years of relevant experience.
- Professional TypeScript experience across frontend and backend, with strong database and full-stack engineering foundations.
- Experience shipping software to real users, learning from launches, and owning features end to end.
- Experience at a startup or small company, with initiative, product judgment, and clear communication.
- Familiarity with React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Vercel, or Python is useful.
- Procurement experience is not required.
Benefits
- €90,000 to €140,000 annually plus equity.
- On-site role in Berlin, Germany; candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
