Responsibilities
- Design and build custom Oracle AI solutions that augment Oracle Profitability and Cost Management scenarios using OCI AI services and Oracle data platforms.
- Implement RAG and agent patterns, including ingestion, chunking, embeddings, vector search, reranking, and grounded generation with citations.
- Define evaluation and quality gates such as grounding checks, regression tests, and red-team prompts, and integrate them into delivery workflows before go-live.
- Engineer secure-by-design OCI deployments with IAM policies, network isolation, secrets management, and audit logging.
- Operate AI systems in production through SLOs, latency and error monitoring, token and cost tracking, incident playbooks, and continuous optimization.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Required expertise in Oracle Profitability and Cost Management (PCMCS).
- Strong engineering experience with OCI Generative AI, Data Science foundations, vector databases, and embeddings.
- Experience with Oracle data integration and governance, including PII classification, access control, and lineage.
- Knowledge of LLMOps, including prompt and version control, evaluation harnesses, monitoring, and FinOps cost controls.
- Ability to take AI proofs of concept into production with governance and reliability.
