Responsibilities

Design, develop, deploy, and own ML models for credit scoring, fraud detection, profit optimization, and AGI-powered features.
Build and customize AGI agents for credit and business objectives and own their performance outcomes.
Create evaluation frameworks, feedback loops, training pipelines, feature systems, model-serving infrastructure, and monitoring tools.
Monitor production models and agents for performance, data drift, quality thresholds, and retraining needs.
Build dashboards that translate model-health and evaluation signals into actionable business findings.
Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to define and solve ambiguous ML problems.
Communicate model logic, results, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.

At least 2 years of experience in machine learning engineering, software engineering, or applied ML.
Experience in IT, Computer Science, Banking, or Finance environments.
Hands-on experience building and deploying end-to-end ML systems, including training pipelines, model serving, feature stores, and monitoring infrastructure.
Strong software engineering fundamentals, including clean code, system design, version control, and CI/CD for ML workflows.
Strong English communication skills with professional spoken and written fluency.
Familiarity with unsecured personal loans, credit cards, or other banking products is preferred.
Experience with big-data processing frameworks such as Spark or Hive is preferred.
Startup or fast-paced technology-environment experience is preferred.
Ability to work proactively across ML systems, credit-domain knowledge, and product context in ambiguous environments.
