Responsibilities
- Design and implement conversational and decisioning logic for business objectives.
- Build and customize AI agents and adjust them as business goals change.
- Capture operational and user feedback to improve scripts, prompts, and models.
- Run structured experiments and use statistical analysis to improve agent performance.
- Build automated QA, evaluation, and monitoring systems that detect regressions and model drift.
- Interpret results and communicate data-driven recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Own end-to-end agent and ML systems from data pipelines through production behavior.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT, Computer Science, Banking, or Finance.
- Proficiency in Python, R, or Java.
- Strong hands-on experience with machine learning, statistics, and experimentation.
- Experience with SQL databases and statistical analysis.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Familiarity with unsecured personal loans and credit cards is preferred.
- Experience with big-data processing is a plus.
- Startup or technology experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to use AI tools, craft precise prompts, evaluate model outputs, and build and ship independently.
- Ability to work proactively across ML, data, product, engineering, and business contexts.
