Responsibilities

Architect and lead the development of agentic AI chat systems that autonomously perform tasks and return relevant results.
Design and develop high-performance, scalable, and reliable MCP server and client architectures.
Implement chat orchestration systems supporting multi-turn, context-aware conversations and dynamic intent handling.
Deploy and scale AI models using Azure Machine Learning, Azure Cognitive Services, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
Design and develop agentic AI models and frameworks for autonomous decision-making, collaboration, negotiation, and adaptation.
Develop protocols for multi-agent coordination and communication across complex workflows.
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, data engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into production.
Define technical roadmaps, architectural standards, and development best practices.
Evaluate new AI technologies and frameworks and optimize AI models and infrastructure.
Ensure security, data privacy, and regulatory compliance.

Proven experience as an AI Architect or in a similar role designing large-scale AI/ML systems.
Strong expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Python, or comparable AI/ML frameworks and programming languages.
Deep understanding of multi-agent systems, agentic AI principles, and chat orchestration methodologies.
Experience building and deploying scalable backend services, MCP server/client systems, and distributed systems.
Familiarity with NLP, conversational AI, dialogue management, and context-aware AI systems.
Knowledge of Azure and container orchestration with Kubernetes and Docker.
Strong skills in system design, microservices architecture, and API development.
Preferred experience with reinforcement learning, meta-learning, adaptive AI, AI ethics, bias mitigation, and privacy-preserving AI.
Preferred knowledge of event-driven architecture, real-time data processing, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines for AI applications.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
