Responsibilities
- Lead the technical vision for web applications using the Microsoft Azure stack.
- Assign work and guide product developers across multiple client projects.
- Develop, test, debug, and enhance software modules.
- Build and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and end-to-end deployment automation.
- Manage cloud infrastructure, monitoring, and internal development tools.
- Conduct and facilitate code reviews while promoting software development and coding best practices.
- Mentor product developers and help grow their technical skills.
- Research technologies and create software architecture strategies aligned with business objectives and cloud cost reduction.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- Typically at least 10 years of relevant experience.
- Strong experience developing, managing, and automating deployments for complex web applications in Microsoft Azure.
- Strong experience monitoring cloud applications for errors and performance.
- Experience with software design, ETL techniques, complex stored procedures, query optimization, data synchronization, code refactoring, DevOps, CI/CD, continuous testing, and version control.
- Ability to define, design, and implement automated continuous integration and continuous deployment systems.
- Ability to develop working knowledge of ABS Rules, Guides, statutory regulations, related instructions, and the ABS Employee Safety Policy.
- Strong teamwork, coordination, organization, and communication skills.
