Base Salary
$189k - $278k/yr
Responsibilities
- Meet regularly with customers to understand deployment pain points and remove roadblocks.
- Write and fix Infrastructure as Code deployments, including Helm charts.
- Develop workarounds and write Go code to fix bugs and implement small features.
- Work across networking, performance, security, and integrations with existing systems.
- Gather requirements and communicate customer problems and business cases to product and engineering teams.
- Contribute primarily to open-source code.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code, such as Terraform, Ansible, or Helm.
- Linux systems engineering experience.
- Experience with Go or Rust.
- Comfort working directly with customers and changing areas of focus in a startup environment.
