Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, UAT, and production sanity testing of enterprise applications.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites and frameworks to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to create effective test scenarios.
- Identify, document, track, and validate software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality risks.
- Generate and maintain testing metrics, reports, and quality dashboards.
- Continuously improve testing processes, automation frameworks, and quality practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, including manual and automated test case creation and execution.
- Working knowledge of SQL for database querying, data analysis, and validation.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and test lifecycle management.
- Experience with enterprise applications and business processes.
- Experience using qTest for test management and Azure DevOps for requirements and defect management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
- Preferred experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices, API testing using Postman or Bruno, CI/CD pipelines, automated quality gates, Playwright, Selenium, cloud platforms, enterprise integration solutions, e-commerce or billing applications, and SAP environments and workflows.
