Responsibilities
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, API, UAT, and production sanity testing.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites and automation frameworks.
- Analyze requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to create test scenarios.
- Identify, document, track, and validate software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts, and DevOps teams throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality risks.
- Generate and maintain testing metrics, reports, and quality dashboards.
- Continuously improve testing processes, automation frameworks, and quality practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance.
- Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and tools, including creating and executing manual and automated test cases.
- Working knowledge of SQL for database querying, data analysis, and validation.
- Understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and test lifecycle management.
- Experience with enterprise applications and business processes.
- Experience using qTest for test management and Azure DevOps for requirements and defect management.
- Experience testing APIs with tools such as Postman or Bruno.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates.
- Experience with Playwright, Selenium, or similar automation frameworks is preferred.
- Familiarity with SAP environments and workflows, cloud-based platforms, enterprise integration solutions, and e-commerce or billing applications is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
