Base Salary
$87k - $198k/yr
Responsibilities
- Develop production-grade applications and complete end-to-end AI and machine learning solutions.
- Modernize client systems while considering the broader ecosystem, operating environment, future functionality, and enhancements.
- Build frontend applications using React or Angular.
- Build and maintain RESTful APIs and software interfaces.
- Design, configure, and implement software systems in production environments.
- Work with agentic AI solutions, Linux systems, networking, containerization, CI/CD tools, and source control.
- Apply federal cybersecurity best practices, secure coding practices, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience writing production-grade applications in Python, JavaScript, Rust, or Go.
- 2+ years of experience with a frontend framework such as React or Angular.
- 1+ years of experience building or maintaining RESTful APIs or software interfaces.
- 1+ years of experience designing, configuring, and implementing software systems in production environments.
- Experience with GitLab CI or Jenkins and Git.
- Experience working with agentic AI solutions, Linux, networking, and Docker or Podman.
- Knowledge of federal cybersecurity best practices, secure coding, and compliance requirements.
- Ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering and 4+ years of software engineering experience, or 6+ years of software engineering experience in lieu of a degree.
- Preferred: AWS services, LocalStack, secure on-premises deployments with ESXi, SIEMs, firewalls, endpoint protection systems, Kubernetes, and on-premises or air-gapped environments.
- Preferred: TS/SCI clearance and Security+, Linux+, Kubernetes CKAD, AWS Solutions Architect, or a related certification.
