Base Salary
$144k - $180k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable full-stack solutions for complex lending-product problems.
- Build systems supporting borrowing-product origination, servicing, and repayment.
- Participate in brainstorming, technical design, and backlog grooming for next-generation lending products.
- Launch new offerings and scale existing systems while maintaining overall product quality.
- Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to translate requirements into high-quality software.
- Use AI tools in the software-development workflow, including authoring agents and drafting technical specifications and prototypes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 3 years of professional software development experience building and operating systems end to end.
- Proficiency with TypeScript and React or similar technologies, plus a backend language such as Node.js, Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python.
- Experience with distributed, large-scale systems and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Fintech, lending, or payments experience is a preferred qualification.
