Base Salary
$125k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for various systems.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in CI/CD pipelines.
- Integrate automated software testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
- Implement automated security testing in development workflows.
- Lead security initiatives across the software development lifecycle.
- Design secure software supply chain practices.
- Develop Infrastructure-as-Code with security-first principles.
- Establish secure build environments.
- Collaborate with engineers to remediate vulnerabilities.
- Implement identity and access management strategies.
- Monitor and respond to security events.
- Support compliance with security standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 6 or more years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or security engineering.
- Experience with programming/scripting in Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and secure cloud architecture.
- Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools.
- Understanding of application and infrastructure security.
- Experience with security tools like SAST, DAST, and container scanning.
- Knowledge of Linux, networking, and system security fundamentals.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a startup environment.
