Base Salary

$125k - $187k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Architect, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines for various systems.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in CI/CD pipelines.
  • Integrate automated software testing into the CI/CD pipeline.
  • Implement automated security testing in development workflows.
  • Lead security initiatives across the software development lifecycle.
  • Design secure software supply chain practices.
  • Develop Infrastructure-as-Code with security-first principles.
  • Establish secure build environments.
  • Collaborate with engineers to remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Implement identity and access management strategies.
  • Monitor and respond to security events.
  • Support compliance with security standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6 or more years of experience in DevOps, DevSecOps, or security engineering.
  • Experience with programming/scripting in Python, Go, Bash, or similar.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and secure cloud architecture.
  • Proficiency with containerization and orchestration tools.
  • Understanding of application and infrastructure security.
  • Experience with security tools like SAST, DAST, and container scanning.
  • Knowledge of Linux, networking, and system security fundamentals.
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work in a startup environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
