Base Salary
$244k - $413k/yr
Responsibilities
- Research and develop deep learning algorithms for a unified onboard model integrating perception, prediction, and planning.
- Develop Vision-Language-Action models for context-aware decision-making.
- Design and optimize neural network architectures for real-time execution on high-performance computing platforms.
- Build an offline ML infrastructure for rapid adaptation and continuous self-improvement of models.
- Deliver production-quality onboard software in collaboration with sensor fusion and perception teams.
- Leverage real-world datasets to train and refine end-to-end driving models.
- Conduct large-scale experiments to benchmark model performance.
- Collaborate with system software engineers to deploy models on embedded automotive hardware.
- Work cross-functionally with AI researchers and engineers to advance end-to-end learning.
Requirements
- MS or PhD in Engineering or Computer Science focused on Deep Learning or AI.
- Strong experience in applied deep learning, including model architecture design and training.
- 5-8 years of experience with DL frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Proficient in Python programming with software design skills.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and large-scale data processing.
