Base Salary
$244k - $413k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical design and development of AI applications and platforms.
- Define long-term architecture and engineering standards for Applied AI systems.
- Partner with business sponsors to translate opportunities into roadmaps and products.
- Collaborate with engineering groups to align AI investments and avoid duplication.
- Drive continuous improvement in AI methodologies and evaluate emerging capabilities.
- Embed governance, privacy, and security practices across the AI lifecycle.
- Champion AI literacy and enablement through demos and technical leadership.
- Establish evaluation and monitoring practices to ensure quality and safety.
Requirements
- BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with a track record of delivering complex systems.
- Deep technical expertise in AI/ML with hands-on experience in language models and evaluation frameworks.
- Experience building and scaling agentic AI systems in production environments.
- Strong experience in designing evaluation systems and establishing feedback loops.
- Expertise in AI observability and tracing for performance analysis.
- Experience architecting enterprise-scale AI systems with reusable components.
