Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Expertise in building distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python/Django, React, and Postgres.
- Comfortable guiding technical direction across JVM languages and cloud-native infrastructure.
- Strong leadership skills, leading through influence rather than authority.
- Ability to anticipate future roadblocks and build supportive systems.
