Base Salary
$320k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture reviews for GTM systems processing lead-to-cash transactions and generating organizational data
- Architect and mature pull request workflows, CI/CD, automated UAT, and source-to-production deployment paths
- Establish shared standards for AI-assisted development and agentic workflows
- Collaborate with teams outside GTM on shared architecture and platform tooling decisions
- Build and shape agentic tooling on top of the platform
- Trace upstream and downstream dependencies across data, quoting, and provisioning systems
- Partner with platform developers to expand safe shipping capabilities
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals in version control, testing, code review, deployment automation, and simple design
- Experience building a team’s delivery pipeline and explaining sequencing decisions
- Experience leading a team through a significant improvement in engineering practice
- Fluency with AI coding tools and agentic development workflows
- Ability to lead technical discussions across teams without direct authority and reach decisions
- Ability to reason about dependencies and impacts across systems not directly owned
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience in a relevant field demonstrated through coursework, training, or professional experience
- Preferred experience with business-critical enterprise platforms where financial correctness and auditability matter
- Preferred experience with Salesforce or comparable enterprise platforms, including metadata and deployment models
- Preferred experience building tooling or agents on top of an enterprise system of record
- Preferred experience operating under audit or compliance constraints
