Base Salary
$320k - $405k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead architecture reviews for GTM systems processing lead-to-cash transactions.
- Architect and mature the engineering pipeline, including pull request workflow and CI/CD.
- Establish shared AI-assisted development standards for the team.
- Collaborate with external engineering teams on shared architectural problems.
- Build and shape agentic tooling on the platform.
- Trace dependency chains and ensure design decisions account for their impact.
- Partner with platform developers to enhance engineering practices.
Requirements
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including version control and deployment automation.
- Experience building delivery pipelines and leading teams through engineering practice changes.
- Fluency with AI coding tools and agentic development workflows.
- Ability to facilitate technical discussions across teams and drive decisions.
- Proficient in reasoning about systems and predicting the impact of changes.
- Preference for influence through demonstrated work rather than positional authority.
