Base Salary
$215k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Automate deep-level diagnosis and troubleshooting of hardware faults within GPU racks.
- Develop software to troubleshoot and support various GPU platforms.
- Execute component-level diagnosis and remediation for hardware failures.
- Manage and perform field-replaceable unit repairs for GPUs and related hardware.
- Conduct post-repair validation and testing to ensure system stability.
- Implement preventative maintenance procedures to improve fleet reliability.
- Perform firmware and BIOS upgrades across the GPU fleet.
- Maintain detailed documentation of maintenance activities and resolutions.
- Develop and update standard operating procedures for troubleshooting and repair.
- Collaborate with teams to identify root causes of systemic failures.
Requirements
- Ability to code in Golang.
- Proven experience diagnosing and repairing high-density compute hardware.
- Deep understanding of GPU architectures and hands-on experience with GPU systems.
- Experience supporting NVIDIA and AMD GPU platforms.
- Familiarity with high-speed interconnects like InfiniBand and NVLink.
- Strong Linux experience using command line for diagnostics.
- Proficiency with GPU diagnostic tools such as NVIDIA DCGM.
- Experience with enterprise server hardware and cooling systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
