Responsibilities
- Build a progressive identity layer for recognizing returning visitors.
- Architect identity resolution and the identity graph for personalization and fraud prevention.
- Develop behavioral signals and identity confidence scoring platforms.
- Shape login risk into adaptive experiences to protect against account takeover.
- Design the policy decision and information layer for IAM and Integrity.
- Own the platform's approach to large-scale identity-based threats.
- Partner with Integrity, Payments, and Decision Science on identity signal use cases.
- Own the identity and risk intelligence technical roadmap.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience at senior or principal levels.
- Experience in identity, risk, fraud, or trust and safety platforms.
- Proven track record in designing identity resolution and risk scoring systems.
- Deep knowledge of device fingerprinting, visitor stitching, and behavioral feature engineering.
- Experience with CIAM platforms and balancing security with user conversion.
- Fluency in login risk and adaptive authentication concepts.
- Strong systems thinking regarding identity as a risk problem.
