Base Salary
$150k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Own the product roadmap and releases for the Cell Platform.
- Lead the development of firmware, application software, and hardware integration.
- Manage relationships with robotics, software, and manufacturing teams.
- Conduct hands-on engineering work while building and leading a team.
- Ensure platform reliability and performance in production environments.
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience in robotics, AV, humanoid, AMR, or drone companies.
- Deep knowledge of Embedded Linux/BSP, including kernel and driver management.
- Experience with sensor integration and evaluation, particularly GMSL2 and PoE cameras.
- Proficiency in configuring real-time Linux kernels and understanding RT scheduling.
- Fluency in middleware technologies like ROS 2 and DDS/RMW.
- Experience in data transport architecture and fleet/device management.
