Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate production-grade platform services with reliability and performance.
- Identify and automate manual engineering workflows through self-service solutions.
- Develop the agentic layer, including agent lifecycle and multi-agent workflows.
- Create a semantic data layer for agents to query and act on connected objects.
- Establish safe action execution paths with access control and decision lineage.
- Own system design for new platform capabilities from requirements to rollout.
- Lead technical onboarding and gather customer requirements and feedback.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in building and operating production distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with knowledge of databases and API design.
- Experience in automating manual processes into tools or self-service systems.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools and LLM APIs.
- Familiarity with agentic systems or task orchestration platforms.
- Strong cross-team communication skills.
