Base Salary

$175k - $296k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and operate production-grade platform services and infrastructure with strong reliability, observability, and performance.
  • Automate repetitive engineering workflows through self-service platform capabilities.
  • Build the agentic layer, including agent lifecycle management, tool and MCP integrations, sandboxed execution, and multi-agent workflows.
  • Design semantic data layers that allow agents to query and act on connected systems, workflows, and decision data.
  • Develop safe propose–validate–approve–commit action paths with access control, auditability, and decision lineage.
  • Own new platform capabilities from requirements and system design through rollout and operations.
  • Lead technical customer onboarding, gather requirements, debug production issues, and translate feedback into roadmap priorities.
  • Establish evaluation, observability, and safety-guardrail practices for agentic systems.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience building and operating production distributed systems.
  • Proficiency in Python and TypeScript, with knowledge of databases, message queues, caching, and API design.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn manual engineering processes into tools, pipelines, or self-service systems.
  • Hands-on experience with AI coding tools, LLM APIs, and tool use or function calling.
  • Experience with agentic systems or task orchestration platforms, such as workflow engines, multi-agent frameworks, or MCP servers.
  • Strong cross-team communication skills.
  • Preferred: familiarity with autonomous driving terminology and model development workflows.
  • Preferred: customer-facing experience in solutions engineering, technical onboarding, developer relations, or enterprise support.
  • Preferred: experience with semantic layers, knowledge graphs, object models, enterprise systems, operational integrations, LLM evaluation, observability, sandboxing, open-source agent frameworks, MCP servers, developer tools, or developer-tool adoption.
