Base Salary
$161k - $274k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build cloud-based AI/ML solutions for intelligent enterprise services.
- Deploy, scale, and operate production services in Kubernetes environments using Helm-based deployments.
- Own observability through metrics, logs, tracing, and customer-impact-focused alerts.
- Debug and resolve production incidents, participate in on-call, conduct root-cause analysis, and operate against service level objectives.
- Develop, test, profile, tune, and deliver efficient, modular, high-quality software.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, quality engineers, and product owners from design through delivery.
Requirements
- Expertise in Go or Python, design patterns, and time- and space-efficient algorithms.
- Experience building new products using challenging algorithms.
- Expertise in efficient, object-oriented, modularized, and high-quality software development.
- Knowledge of core AI/ML techniques and algorithms.
- Knowledge of unit testing, profiling, and code tuning.
- Experience deploying and operating services in production Kubernetes environments, including Helm-based deployments and repeatable release pipelines.
- Ability to independently debug production incidents, participate in on-call, perform root-cause analysis, and work against service level objectives.
- Preferred experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor, reviewing generated code critically, and applying data privacy rules to prompts.
